Job overview

We require forward-thinking outstanding and skilled College Counsellor, who shares a common passion for teaching and learning, improving provision and outcomes for students.

The successful applicant needs to be;

a)    passionate about supporting all our students on their journey to Higher Education

b)    highly motivated, with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, students, and families

c)     experience in dealing with external agencies e.g. Universities, Collages and other NGO’s

d)    show a commitment to and enjoyment of school life within and beyond the curriculum

e)    able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of inter-personal skills which motivate, lead, support, and challenge other colleagues

f)      be committed to the safeguarding of students
