The Nottingham Academy are seeking a highly organised Communications and Marketing Officer who has a keen interest in social media, marketing, events, communications, PR and brand development. 

This is an amazing opportunity to join one of the largest Academies in UK. The Nottingham Academy is one of only a handful of all-through 3-19 schools in the country with its own nursery, primary, secondary and sixth form provision with a capacity for 3,600 pupils.

Reporting to the Lead Principal, you will ensure the effective use of internal and external communications and will:

· manage website content

· champion social media use

· promote key events

· liaise with the community and the media 

· enhance opportunities for pupils to engage in communications. 

You must have first class communication skills and be able to demonstrate original and creative thinking, be proficient in using core Microsoft Office software and be able to manage website and social media content. Experience in using creative software and of working in a similar role is desirable.
