 Cover Supervisor 

Salary £13,609 (inc fringe) pro rata including INSET Days

33.75 hrs a week (8.15am – 3.30pm) Term Time Only 

Thomas Bennett Community College would like to appoint two Cover Supervisors to provide class room supervision for planned or unplanned short term absence. Cover supervisors ensure that the register is completed, manage behaviour and support students in the completion of work. Cover Supervisors are required to be in school between 8.15 am and 3.30 pm, term time only.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills with both adults and young people and a calm manner. Good organisational skills, the ability to multi task and to act as a positive role model for students are also important.
