These are exciting times for the Digital department with the recent opening of a new bespoke digital building and an innovative curriculum which includes apprenticeship growth and the introduction of T Levels. We are looking for a highly driven subject specialist. This post is required to lead on Work-Based Learning, AEB, and HE. Line Managing a core team of trainer assessors, delivering specialisms including Infrastructure, Software Development, Cyber Security, and Digital.

Work-Based Learning course leadership experience is essential, as well as specialism in Digital. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or equivalent level qualification in a Digital related area.

The position offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your leadership and teaching skills; driving and developing an innovative, industry-focused curriculum in outstanding facilities. You will lead, promote and deliver an exceptional programme of industry relevant, vocational education within computing. 

The successful candidate will be learner and quality-focused, ensuring that learners are constantly stretched and challenged to achieve their full potential, and will accept nothing other than ‘outstanding’ outcomes and performance.
