37 hours per week, 41 working weeks  (term time + 5 non student days + 2 weeks)  

Maltings Academy, part of Academies Enterprise Trust (AET), is graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. It has a state of the art building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff.

Reporting to the Data Manager, you will deliver an accurate and timely data service, supporting the academy’s use of data to raise standards.

You will have:

  • Experience of working in an administration role including inputting data, maintaining accurate records, producing reports
  • Knowledge of data protection
  • Advanced IT skills including Excel (or Google Sheets) and databases
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills with minimum GCSE English & Maths Level 4 or equivalent.  
  • Experience of managing multiple tasks and conflicting priorities to deadlines
  • Great communication and people skills

This role is based at Maltings Academy but also requires some work at our sister academy, New Rickstones Academy, also in Witham. 

The days of work - start/finish times are flexible. Part time hours may also be considered for the right candidate.
