37 hours per week, 43 working weeks (term time plus 5 non-student days plus 4 weeks holiday working) 

Maltings Academy and New Rickstones Academy in Witham, Essex are graded ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ by Ofsted respectively. Both have a state of the art new building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff alike.  This post is based at Maltings Academy but you will work closely with New Rickstones Academy and all staff may be required to work at both sites. 

Reporting to our Data Manager, you will deliver an effective Data, Assessment, Reporting and Recording function to support the raising of attainment and achievement. You will contribute to the development of the Academy data provision, supporting the Data Manager. This is a position in which you can grow and develop, working closely in plans to develop the use of data in the academy with our new Management Information System, Progresso.

You will have significant experience of working in a data role, using an MIS and resolving data issues. Experience of using Progresso would be advantageous but is not essential. You will also have advanced IT skills plus great organisation and people skills.

The working hours for this post are 8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am-4.00pm on Friday.
