Working with Parishes, Catholic Academy Trust Boards, Chief Executives, Head teachers, governors and schools, the Deputy Director will provide ongoing training and formation to support the delivery of outstanding religious education, co-ordinating the delivery and moderation of curriculum RE across the Diocese. The Deputy Director will also support the delivery of high quality Acts of Collective Worship in all schools and help sustain and further develop the strong Catholic ethos and Catholic Life in all of our schools and Trusts.

This is an exciting time in the development of Diocesan education when the Diocesan Schools Service is helping the Bishop to implement new school structures that will ensure and further enhance the Bishop’s vision for Catholic education in the Diocese.
