Job overview

We wish to appoint an outstanding individual, able to inspire and motivate both colleagues and students at our dynamic school. The Deputy Headteacher is a key member of our academic and pastoral team, leading the school in partnership with the Headteacher and working alongside a committed and highly skilled senior leadership team.

We seek, not only an excellent classroom practitioner, leader and strategic planner but someone who embodies our values of 'work hard and be kind'. The Deputy Headteacher will lead with honesty, integrity and kindness and whilst the post inevitably involves challenges and an ability to manage difficult situations, we require our Deputy Headteacher to stay calm, positive and be a consistent role model to all in our community.
