Director of Teaching and Learning (FE & HE)

Full time

£51,035 per annum

The key areas of focus are:

· Supporting departments to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in both FE and HE.

· Driving and shaping a culture that puts teaching and learning at the heart of the organisation.

· Identifying and putting in place an evidence based training and development strategy designed to have the maximum impact on the student experience.

· Crucially ensuring the organisation is ‘inspection ready’ in terms of teaching and learning for both FE and HE.

You will be an outstanding Teacher with a proven track record of supporting others to develop and improve their practice.

The role provides the opportunity to coordinate the work of Advanced Practitioners including in the area of ILT.

This is an excellent opportunity for a truly creative and inspirational individual to have real impact and put their stamp on pedagogy and student outcomes.
