Term Time plus 3 weeks

The additional 3 weeks (include inset days, and 2 weeks in the summer holidays, includes working the days specific to exam results i.e. day before and day of exam results plus six days.

Grade 7 (£21,693 - £23,866) pro rata

Our aim for every learner at Thomas Bennett Community College is that they grow in confidence, resilience and aspire to be the best that they can be. 

We are seeking to appoint an Examinations Secretary & Progression Data Administrator to start as soon as possible. 

You will need to be numerate, organised and proactive; with strong attention to detail, and be willing and able to provide valuable support to our students and the curriculum areas. An ability to deal with matters calmly, swiftly and firmly without being confrontational is key and you will need to be reliable, punctual and flexible. Previous experience in working with secondary school age children would be a distinct advantage, as would any previous supervisory experience.

The successful candidate will be able to provide a professional and efficient service, ensuring we are fully prepared for our KS4 and KS5 students to sit their examinations (GCSE, A level etc.) You will be required to deal with a wide range of administrative tasks and be able to work flexibly to accommodate examination results timetable and the busy day-to-day needs of our curriculum areas. 

You will also be responsible for maintaining pupil progress data and Course Manager in the Schools Information Management System (SIMS) to provide accurate and timely information to SLT regarding pupil performance.
