Graduate Fellow in Gender Inclusion
Fixed Term Contract from January 2022 - August 2022
We wish to appoint a Fixed-Term Graduate Fellow in Gender Inclusion to support our Gender Equality and Gender Inclusion Strategy. The Fellow will be supervised by the Head of Inclusion and work closely with other members of the Inclusion Alliance to provide cutting edge, up-to-date, research to inform our policies and strategy on Gender Inclusion.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as an ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
This will be a part-time, fixed-term Fellowship commencing on 24th January 2022 (subject to the satisfactory completion of safeguarding checks), and terminating on 24th August 2022. The salary for the duration of the contract is £8,500. The Fellow will be required to work 12 hours a week. Working times are flexible, but the Fellow will be expected to be on School site at least once a week during term-time.

About St Paul's School
St Paul’s School was founded in 1509 and currently occupies a large site in Barnes, south-west London. A selective independent school, it provides an education for boys aged 7-18 and has boarding facilities for a small number of its students.
Prospective entrants are usually expected to pass online and/or written examinations across a range of subjects, as well as undergoing an interview with a senior member of staff. In order to improve accessibility for students from poorer backgrounds, a wide range of bursaries and scholarships are available for boys who reach the required academic standard.
