Job overview
This is an exciting post for an enthusiastic, inspirational and creative practitioner who will lead this established Local Authority resourced provision for students on the Autistic Spectrum based in Theale Green School. We are part of the ALET Activate Learning Education Trust group of schools and on our journey to achieve the ALET mission of ‘transforming lives through education’.
Our values of Respect, Hard Work and Progress are the drivers for daily life at school. A qualified teacher, the post holder will need to have extensive knowledge of the Autistic Spectrum and experience of working with pupils on the Spectrum.
The post will involve leadership and management of staff based in the resource and working successfully with mainstream staff to promote the achievement and wellbeing of the students based in the resource.
