Corby Technical School invites you to join our team that is dedicated to providing the very best outcomes for our students.  We are seeking to appoint for September 2021, a dynamic and highly motivated Head of History to join our Humanities team. A successful candidate will be teaching a valued subject within the school which has a high uptake at GCSE.  You will be working with students who have chosen to be at a successful school.  

First and foremost, we expect the post-holder to be an experienced, excellent classroom practitioner who has the ability to inspire students as well as other staff.  As a subject leader within school we expect a commitment to the development of collaborative and engaging curriculum; and support for other colleagues to ensure high standards are met.  As part of a small Trust of schools’ you will become a member of the Trust History network, working with other like-minded colleagues in our other schools.
