It is essential that you have a degree level qualification in a relevant subject and that you have demonstrable experience of working in a Marketing role, preferably at a similar level.

You will work with a small but committed and experience team and be part of the wider College Leadership Team. The post is responsible for strategic leadership and management of the College’s marketing and student recruitment activities and is a key position in the engagement of members of our community on their further education journey.

We help students realise their potential, maximise their results and achieve success at College and in the future.

Contractual Details

Rate of Pay or Salary: £38,802 per annum.

Working Time: 37 hours a week Monday to Friday all year round with a requirement to work some evenings or weekends for college events.

Contract Type: Permanent

Pension: Local Government Pension Scheme

Leave entitlement: 29 days per year plus bank holidays and additional discretionary leave at Christmas.

Strode College is a further education establishment for students aged 16 to 19, providing vocational qualifications, A-levels, and the new T-levels as well as providing degree-level qualifications.  We are based in the town of Street, in Somerset and were labelled “outstanding” in the latest Ofsted report.
