The Discovery Academy is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Head of PE Faculty, working alongside the Trust Standards Lead of PE, to lead a strong team of highly motivated professionals who work collaboratively to raise standards and expectations at all levels throughout Key Stages 3 and 4. Applicants must have proven experience in a leadership role. The successful applicant will be able to work within a fast-paced environment, be dedicated to improving performance at all levels, and have excellent interpersonal skills, together with the drive and ambition to effect change. This is a fantastic opportunity for inspiring and aspirational individuals to join a creative, supportive and successful faculty.
