We are delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Physics to join our high-performing, forward thinking and cohesive department.  

We teach a rigorous academic curriculum with a clear focus on supporting all students achieve positive outcomes. You will work with the Director of Science, and the wider Science team to continuously refine the curriculum, drive attainment and standards across the department. The department is unique in that you will be working with some remarkably enthusiastic colleagues with superb pedagogical expertise. The Director, Heads of Biology and Chemistry and their ‘seconds’ in departments work in a highly collaborative spirit with the rest of their teams. Lively debate and conversation on EduTwitter and Research Ed are part and parcel of this team’s daily discourse.

We seek a teacher who has the following qualities:
