We are seeking an experienced professional who is proficient in supporting young people as a mentor, or teaching assistant, with the ability to support with the strategic development of SEND policy and provision to raise the achievement of our students with SEND.   Our inclusion faculty is integral to the school’s vision to ensure the young people in our school overcome barriers to their learning and achieve their full potential.  We have enhanced the provision for students and staff in our inclusion centre and we are also increasing our permanent staffing within this area.
