As a member of our valued Sales Team, you will be  responsible for owning the whole sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. What you’ll do

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer the Sales Director - International will have P&L responsibility for TES’s International business. This currently encompasses the core TES School Sales (K-12 job advertising) and TES Institute (K-12 teacher training) as well as newly introduced software products for class management and teacher engagement.

The Director Sales International will be responsible for growing revenues from the current portfolio of products and for identifying and integrating any strategic investments that TES Global may make to accelerate its global K-12 business. 

This person will be tasked with maximizing the value and driving growth across the portfolio outlined above; for defining the International K-12 product portfolio roadmap and delivering new products going forward. This person will be a key member of the management team.

This is a full time position based in our London office with flexibility to work remotely where appropriate. There will be a requirement for a significant amount of international travel throughout the year. 

Who you are

You are a proven Exec level sales and business leader who can demonstrate entrepreneurial flair, a strong analytical mindset and data orientation alongside excellent business development skills.  

You are a highly commercial manager combining creativity, originality and a keen awareness of our client’s needs with experience of leading an International sales function and managing service delivery across multiple businesses. 

You will be able to demonstrate significant experience of driving both organic and inorganic growth in previous roles with early to mid-stage companies, ideally within in an education-centric environment with strong experience working in International markets.  

You will be a motivated team player, well versed in diplomacy with an ability to partner effectively with other members of senior management and experience leveraging different internal business units to achieves objectives whilst with approaching your work with pragmatism and a sense of humour.
