We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and child centered teacher to the Key Stage 1 of our all-through academy. We are looking for this person to be a mathematics specialist and lead mathematics from Nursery to Year 3 and beyond as we continue to grow as a Primary Phase This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious, innovative and creative practitioner who has ambitions to become a successful school leader. Ofsted judged our Early Years and Key Stage 1 provision to be good with many excellent features. We are looking for someone to help to drive us on to outstanding. We are looking for someone who is:

  • passionate about ensuring a creative, practical and child centered approach to primary mathematics teaching
  • dedicated to raising standards of teaching, learning and achievement through innovative and visionary leadership
  • a reflective individual who is committed to their own professional development and the professional development of others
  • a driven person who is able to lead learning among staff, children and parents in a supportive and nurturing way.
