For September 2023, we are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and outstanding leader, teacher and team player who will excel in an KS1 Phase Leader role at our school. We are looking for someone who is supportive, an inspirational teacher and leader and someone who is driven to help their school become even better. The ideal KS1 Teacher and Phase Leader will be able to demonstrate from current teaching practice their ability to enthuse and motivate their pupils regardless of their starting point. You will also be responsible for working closely with your team, to plan and monitor all pupils’ progress across KS1 alongside our EYFS/KS1 Vice Principal. This KS1 Teacher and Phase Leader will be eager to promote good practice entrenched with innovative ideas and will be tasked with improving standards of teaching and learning across KS1 in a supportive way.
