About Beanfield Primary School

At Beanfield Primary School we work together as a community to provide a happy, secure and stimulating environment where children are motivated to learn, are valued as individuals and encouraged to reach their full potential.

We have a dedicated, enthusiastic and committed team of staff who endeavour to provide exciting and enriching experiences for our children. We value every child as an individual and we believe that our staff make a real difference – to give the very best education, both academically and socially, to our pupils

At Beanfield Primary we provide an inclusive mainstream setting and a 55 place specialist unit provision. We recognise that every student has different needs. We are committed to the equality of opportunity and the provision of the highest standards of education for all our pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities

We are proud to be part of Brooke Weston Trust, who have grown into a family of 10 primary and secondary schools throughout the East Midlands, united by our mission and values. More than 7,000 students between the ages of 3-18 are now educated in a Brooke Weston Trust school, supported by more than 1000 passionate members of staff.

The Brooke Weston Trust Way

Our Trust was formed more than 25 years ago with a simple and clear mission – to transform educational performance in all of our communities.

Working in some of the most challenging contexts, we improve our students’ achievements by making long term commitments to the community and championing new approaches to improve the life chances for young people.

Our members of staff are essential to realising this vision, and a happy, motivated and supported team will deliver the best possible experiences for our young people.

We place great emphasis on creating a supportive and collaborative working environment in all our schools, where all staff can share best practice through our colleague networks, as well as being able to access a range of first-class professional development opportunities through our Brooke Weston Teaching School Alliance.

Our schools include:

· Beanfield Primary Academy

· Brooke Weston Academy

· Compass Primary Academy

· Corby Business Academy

· Corby Technical Academy

· Gretton Primary School

· Kettering Science Academy

· Oakley Vale Primary School

· Peckover Primary School

· Thomas Clarkson Academy

We actively encourage applicants to contact us to arrange a visit to one or more of our schools so we can show you how we work, let you see the schools in action and talk to our colleagues.
