Heron Hall Academy is seeking for a standout Lead Cover Supervisor to join our team and play a pivotal role in keeping our school running smoothly while nurturing our cover supervisor team.
In this position, you'll not only step in as a Cover Supervisor when needed but also take the helm in guiding and mentoring our cover supervisors, fostering a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement. Your proactive mindset and innovative approach will be key in ensuring our students get the support they need to thrive in their educational journey.
As the Lead Cover Supervisor, you'll collaborate closely with Subject Leaders, contributing to the creation of resources that aid students' progress. Your ability to adapt teaching methods and foster student growth will be vital in cultivating a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

Headteacher of the Year (2022-23): Our Headteacher, Arthur Barzey, was honoured to be named The Times UK Headteacher of the Year. This recognition is a testament to the tremendous teaching and learning team we have at Heron Hall.
