Lead Practitioner - Mathematics

 We require forward-thinking outstanding and skilled mathematical practitioners, who share a common passion for teaching and learning to support and develop pedagogy practice within Mathematics and across the school. Lead practitioners will work directly with the Head of Mathematics and Deputy Head responsible for Teaching and learning.

 Successful applicants need to:

a)   demonstrate an excellent teaching record and provide evidence of impact;

b)   be highly motivated with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, children, and families;

c)   have a vision, creativity, drive, and enthusiasm to develop teaching and learning at our school;

d)   be able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of inter-personal skills which motivate, lead, support, and challenge other colleagues; and

e)   be committed to the safeguarding of children.
