Lead practitioner Primary

We require forward-thinking outstanding and skilled primary practitioners, who share a common passion for teaching and learning to support and develop pedagogy practice across the school. Lead practitioners will work directly with the teaching and learning team to ensure standards rise and that colleagues are supported and developed.

Successful applicants need to:

a)   demonstrate an excellent teaching record and provide evidence of impact;

b)   be highly motivated with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, children, and families;

c)   have a vision, creativity, drive, and enthusiasm to develop teaching and learning at our school;

d)   be able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of inter-personal skills which motivate, lead, support, and challenge other colleagues; and

e)   be committed to the safeguarding of children.
