Cobham Free School Senior Department are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with young people and contributing to their educational experience. We are seeking candidates looking for a part or full time (term time) role. Candidates should be able to work 8.15am to 4pm on working days.

This would also be an ideal role for someone considering pursuing a career in teaching or teaching support. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:  

  • To assist in the promotion and development of inclusive learning and teaching throughout the school.  
  • To support the school SENDCO in the teaching and learning of individual and key groups of pupils. 


Our Learning Support department is a friendly and supportive small team, integral to the school.
