We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic learning support assistant to join our dedicated Learning Support faculty supporting students with SEND, motivating them to develop their skills and giving them the confidence to work more independently.

Fullbrook is a mixed 11-18 Academy classified by Ofsted in March 2017 as Good. In 2018, 85% of students achieved 4+ in GCSE English and 82% of students achieved 4+ in Maths.

Our Learning Support faculty has a specially designed, dedicated teaching space with separate areas for supporting students with all types of special educational need. We pride ourselves on supporting all of the students we work with to be motivated, to develop their skills to the best of their ability, and to become confident, independent learners.

The role would suit applicants who have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maths and English GCSEs



As a leading member of the Guildford Education Partnership Multi-academy Trust (GEP), Fullbrook works closely with George Abbot and other partner schools to share expertise and resources to ensure a broad curriculum provision and high quality teaching.
