Learning Support Assistant

Cobham Free School have a vacancy for two Learning Support Assistants to commence in April 2017. We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, organised and caring individuals to join our friendly team.

We have a full time and a part time role available.  Hours for both roles are 830am - 5pm term time.  For the part time role (0.4 FTE), we are looking for someone to work on Thursdays and Fridays.

We are looking for individuals who:

• will assist in the promotion and development of inclusive learning and teaching throughout the school;
• have experience of supporting the teaching and learning of individual and key groups of pupils (desirable but not essential);
• are flexible, adaptable and highly committed individuals who relish the opportunity of helping to develop a growing school;
• are passionate, creative, self-motivated team players with strong interpersonal skills;
• want to make a difference and believe that education should provide young people with the skills and values for further study, the world of work and life.
