LEARNING SUPPORT TEACHER
Part time (0.6 flexible hours)
Required January 2020
We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring primary (KS1 or 2) trained learning support teacher to work as part of our SEND department with our targeted Key Stage Three students to help them ‘catch up’ in literacy and numeracy.
The SEND department is a well led and hardworking team of staff who are keen to support students both in and out of the classroom. We recognise that to further support our students we need the expertise of a primary trained teacher to help some of our students bridge the gap between primary and secondary through intensive literacy and numeracy interventions.
This post would suit an experienced teacher for whom excellent induction and support is provided. An excellent induction and support programme will be available to all applicants.
For an informal discussion about the post or to arrange a visit prior to application please contact Ellen Daplyn, Assistant Headteacher: email@example.com
Applications are invited by letter to Mrs M John, Headteacher, (no more than 2 sides of A4) together with a Stanborough application form. Further information and application forms are available on our website: www.stanborough.herts.sch.uk
