We can offer you:

· Exceptional focus on continuous professional development
· A culture of high expectations for students and staff
· An appetite for creativity and continuous improvement
· A dedicated, caring and experienced staff team
· A supportive and committed Governing Body
From you, we need:
We believe exceptional teaching assistants play a crucial role in the delivery of teaching and learning in our Academy and student attainment.
We believe that support team members within our school should be supported too, with all the opportunities needed to develop and achieve their goals.
This is an exciting time in the school’s journey to sustain and develop further as an excellent provider of high-quality education.
We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable teaching assistant who wants to work in a role where there is ample opportunity to apply their learning and development support expertise and skills within a secondary school environment and who would like to develop their skills further through the opportunity to mentor other teaching and learning support professionals.
With at least 2 years’ experience in a broadly comparable learning support role, preferably within a secondary school environment, you will, ideally, also have a Level 3 award in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
You will be working within a team whose mission it is to sustain and further develop excellence in everything we do.
