We are seeking a high performing teacher to take a lead on professional development within the Maths Faculty so that all teaching is consistently excellent leading to rising standards of achievement. You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to support the development of individual colleagues so that the standard of teaching continues to improve rapidly.  Specific responsibility for CPD will depend on the successful candidate’s strengths and areas of interest.

The successful candidate will have:

·      Have a proven track record in developing and delivering innovative and exciting teaching and learning.

·      Expertise in leading teaching and learning

·      Excellent administrative and strategic abilities with a strong commitment to professional development

·      Significant experience of raising standards and inspiring others to be the very best
