Job overview
We are seeking a reliable Minibus Driver to safely transport pupils to and from school, ensuring they arrive on time each morning and are collected promptly after the school day. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the school, promoting and upholding its values and ethos at all times.
This role is part of our Operations and Professional Services team and is based on-site, working Monday to Friday for 37.5 hours per week during term time only. The core Minibus Driver position is part-time, working Monday to Friday from 6:30am–8:30am and 5:00pm–7:00pm.
There is also the option to make this role full-time by taking on additional Facilities Assistant duties, which include supporting the smooth running of the school through minor maintenance, general housekeeping, porterage, and site security. This provides an opportunity for a varied and active role, combining essential transport responsibilities with wider operational support.
