37 hours per week, permanent

Salary - £19,851 to £ £20,962 per annum

The Digital Industries department, located in the Sci-Tech, in purpose built modern digital facilities is looking for an experienced, solution focused and positive individual to join our team as 'MIS Administrator'.


The role provides MIS, administration and clerical support to college Departmental Heads and their departments, helping to ensure accuracy of data to support decision making and facilitate compliance to college processes and procedures.  Duties include: 


MIS - Setting up course files and registers, timetabling, withdrawal, and transfer processes, analysing and managing statistical data, attendance tracking, ensuring audit compliance.

Finance - Inputting, placing, and processing orders, petty cash and trip payments, contributing to department budget bids and performance reviews, facilitating cashless approaches.

Admin - Point of contact, minute taking, sort and distribute post, assist in enrolment, open days, and other departmental events.
