We are looking for committed and enthusiastic Personal Tutors to join a talented and collaborative student support services team in our successful and inclusive sixth form college. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to our students’ experience at Bilborough and their life chances by ensuring they are well supported and guided to achieve their full potential throughout their journey at college.

Through the delivery of high quality tutor group sessions and 1:1s with students, you will be responsible for monitoring the students in your tutor groups and ensuring high levels of attendance, achievement and promoting a growth mind-set that enables them to progress successfully to the next stage of their working lives.

If you have a positive, proactive approach, enjoy working with and challenging young people to achieve their full potential and are able to work collaboratively as part of a busy team we would love to hear from you. In addition, you will need to have a teaching qualification, experience of working with 16-19 year olds in a supportive capacity and have the capacity to manage a high case-load.
