Bournville School is a mainstream, non-selective, comprehensive school for students aged 4 -16. Bournville School is built on traditional values. There is particular regard to outstanding achievement for all students whatever their academic starting point and a commitment to lifelong learning for all stakeholders.
Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust are looking to appoint a full time Premises Lead who will be based at Bournville school and will work a shift pattern rotated weekly.
The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective support to the academy; ensure that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards; ensure all statutory testing is undertaken and monitored and any concerns are reported to the Trust Estates and Facilities Manager; assist with evening and weekend events as required; comply at all times with the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the academy’s Health & Safety policy statement.
The successful candidate will be required to set aside an appropriate number of days to cover the Christmas Eve to New Year's Day period.
