£23,809 – £28,093 per annum
8am – 4.15pm, 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Required for September 2017
The Principal’s Secretary and Projects Administrator will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Principal and SLT.
You will demonstrate:
· Understanding of school policies and procedures.
· Strong written communication skills with excellent accuracy and literacy.
· Good telephone manner and ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
· Good planning and organisational skills.
· Ability to manage sensitive issues with staff and maintain confidentiality.
· Competent in use of office systems including Word, Excel and mail merge.
· Competent in use of SIMS and Parent Call.
