We are looking to appoint 2 motivated candidates to newly created positions within the school. The role(s) has direct responsibility for the academic progress and performance of students. You will work with our Progress and Performance Lead to ensure all students reach their full potential, are motivated to learn whilst ensuring interventions for students are appropriate, secure and have a positive impact.

-    have a proven track record of building positive relationships with students

-    have strong data analysis skills

-    are team players and interested in playing a part in the wider school community.
