Sandringham is a high performing and extremely popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive school situated on the outskirts of St Albans. We hold specialist status in the Arts and Sciences and are a National Teaching School. We have consistently been graded ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted.

We are looking to recruit a Pupil Premium Co-ordinator to work with pupil premium students to ensure that they maximise their achievements. The focus of this role will involve mapping the allocation of funding to school interventions to meet their needs. The role will also involve liaising with staff, parents and outside agencies to develop strategies to support students, including implementing a robust mentoring programme. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as the ability to relate to students. It is essential that you are able to remain calm under pressure, using your own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
