The Quality Improvement Manager will lead and manage all aspects of quality improvement in Further Education at Newcastle College.  The role is pivotal in monitoring performance and providing an innovative and customer focused quality support function to staff at all levels of the business.



Candidates require a sound understanding of Further Education inspection and quality frameworks, experience of using a range of ICT systems is essential with the ability to handle and analyse data to inform decisions.
