Grade E: £23,500 - £23,893 (£11,522 - £11,715) pa this is the pro rata salary for term time only plus teacher training days – 39 weeks).
21 hours a week - Preferred working hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8.00am-3:30pm (working hours can be negotiated)
Permanent – to start as soon as possible.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and welcoming team player to join and assist our team with the smooth running of the reception area offering support to students and staff. You will be required to provide administrative support to faculties, as well as reprographic support.
Our objective is to increase students’ access to learning and maximise the educational opportunities of ALL the young people at Kingsbury School.
Experience in a school environment is preferable but more importantly you will have sound admin, IT and organisational skills, reception desk experience and a flexible ‘can do’ approach to working. Equally important is the will to offer an outstanding customer service to all students, whatever their needs, and everyone who visits our school.
