What you’ll do
Reporting to the Recruitment Director, International and partnering with an experienced team of recruiters you will work in partnership with clients to create high quality value-add recruitment solutions that will enable Tes to achieve its commercial goals. You will work to support the search and selection of Leadership and Teaching candidates for customers who have hard to fill vacancies or positions that require additional support to target and engage the very best talent.
This is a full time position based in our London office, with flexibility to work from home where appropriate.
Who you are
We are seeking a driven, experienced and consultative recruiter with a successful track record of implementing end to end recruitment campaigns. This role would ideally suit a proven agency recruiter who is looking to focus more on recruiting and relationship building than smashing the phones to hit KPIs.
With your demonstrable commercial acumen, creativity, originality and keen awareness of our client’s needs you will focus on developing and implementing effective candidate attraction and cultivation strategies for filling challenging vacancies within the education space.
You will be a motivated team player, able to partner effectively with members of senior management whilst approaching work with pragmatism and a sense of humour. You will be well versed in diplomacy and stakeholder management.
You will have a proven ability to work independently and to manage workload using your own initiative. You will be unflappable, organised and capable of multi-tasking.
Knowledge and experience of the education sector would be a strong advantage, preferably with an awareness of the challenges and issues that need to be addressed in this area.
