Tes is recruiting a Regional Recruitment Partner to lead the sales activities of the managed recruitment services division in partnership with clients. Working with the internal team to create high quality value-added recruitment solutions for client schools nationwide. Some of the key responsibilities include:
· Securing and generating Talent Match leads and delivering against commercial targets;
· Ensuring regional Careers Events are delivered in key development areas – accountable for design, set up and running of each event to deliver successful events on behalf of client schools and prospective candidates
· Winning and executing recruitment contracts or assignments with a strong emphasis on delivery, fulfilment and quality;
· Growing the Tes brand as a force in the recruitment market;
· Acting as an ambassador for the business, attending and participating in conferences, seminars and awards ceremonies where appropriate; and
· Working with staff in all areas of TES Global, understanding the full range of solutions and products available, allowing you to deliver quality services to clients;

Essential Skills/Qualifications
• Experience of people management and ensuring team delivery of financial targets.
• Proven knowledge and experience of the recruitment sector, ideally in the education arena. Preferably with an awareness of the challenges and issues that need to be addressed in this area.
• Strong and proven track record in sales and successful implementation of recruitment assignments.
• Experience of lead generation and client handling.
• Strong influencing and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills both with stakeholders and external clients or candidates
Desirable Skills/Qualifications
• A client-focused and consultative approach; able to think on their feet and tailor complex solutions for clients.
• A pro-active approach and an ability to articulate clearly to a range of audiences.
• Intellectually robust and able to quickly establish credibility with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Organised and disciplined with a strong focus on ensuring outstanding delivery through a rigorous search and selection methodology.
• Ability to challenge assertively without appearing defensive or aggressive.
• Excellent time management and an ability to multi task and manage a number of recruitment assignments simultaneously
• A mature professional attitude with the gravitas required to gain credibility with clients.
• An enthusiastic and energetic team player who will fit into a hardworking and creative team environment.
• Flexible in approach and open to feedback from clients and colleagues.
• Driven to succeed through high quality delivery and building strong relationships.
