We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Operations Manager for our school. You will lead, motivate and direct the administration, facilities management and ICT services in our school. As one of our School Business Managers you will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer playing a key role in helping to provide outstanding support services to our school community.

Our departments’ mission is to ‘work collaboratively to provide professional and approachable services that proactively support the school community in achieving the best possible outcomes for all’. You will have the desire and commitment to help us realise and sustain our mission.

To be considered for this role you must have significant experience of managing people and resources and have a sound understanding of risk management, facilities management and health and safety matters. This experience could have been gained in the private, public and third sector.

We are committed to supporting and developing our staff in order to help them become who they want to be. As one of our team you will have access to extensive opportunities for personal and professional development as well as a number of other staff benefits.

In February 2018 we will be moving into a brand new purpose built £32m school. You will play a key role in establishing our school in its new environment and help develop it to become all that it can be.

If this opportunity enthuses you and if you want to be part of this exciting future then this is your chance to join our team.

For an informal discussion with Mark O’Brien our Chief Operating Officer please contact Annette on 020 8751 9933 to arrange a time for a telephone call.
