Salary: Ark Support Staff Pay Scale (Outside London) Band 8 (£25,991 - £32,234) Pro Rata Salary (£22,256 - £27,679)

Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year – Term Time Only

“It takes a whole community to bring up a child.” We work closely with parents and community to support our children to develop a strong character and become confident young people.

The Role

You will provide students and staff with first aid support, complete, record all care plans, and draw up individual health care plans for students, in liaison with parents and outside agencies.

Ideally, you will have some experience of working with and supporting young people with special needs in a learning environment. This is a great opportunity to be part of a true community school and to support pupils in reaching their potential.

The Individual

You are someone who understands the difference a great education can make to pupils lives, as you are a great role model for not only them but other members of staff too. You must be a registered nurse and have experience in working with young people. You enjoy being part of a great team and you have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every student.
