Commencement: January 2019 - Level 3 ($54,884 - $57,206 per annum)
Permanent Part Time Position - 42 weeks per year - 30 hours per week
St John Bosco Catholic School is a co-educational Catholic school located in Collinsville and is seeking applications for a School Secretary to join their team.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Be an integral part of the whole school staff committed to excellence
- Be highly vigilant in mandatory every day duties such as student attendance and student protection
- Be highly conscious of family privacy with sensitive information and documents
- Carry out a wide range of secretarial and clerical duties
- Have excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Have a current Working with Children Suitability Card (Blue Card) or the ability to obtain one
- Have a current First Aid Certificate
- Willingness to support the Catholic Ethos of the School
- Have an understanding of GST requirements and financial management
- Competent in using MS Office Suite, Google Docs and Publisher, with an emphasis on Word and Excel
- Undertake an online Student Protection course prior to your commencement
