Cobham Free School is seeking an experienced, dedicated and friendly  individual who is passionate about supporting families and pupils in a school environment.  

The role is part time, term time, there is some flexibility over working hours within the school day.  This is an exciting time to join the school as we increase in size and move to our new premises in Cobham.   

Key responsibilities include:

  • To support Senior Leaders in ensuring robust safeguarding procedures and practices are in
  • To support families/carers and pupils when safeguarding issues arise and manage referrals and appropriate interventions.

Cobham Free School is a publicly-funded, co-educational free school which opened its Junior phase in September 2012 and changed to all-through status (4-18 years) in September 2014, opening a sixth form in September 2019.  The school admits pupils from Reception to Year 13.

The school has recently entered the next exciting stage in its growth, having moved to our superbly equipped new premises in the heart of Cobham.

CFS has a focus on academic excellence, with high aspirations for all students, regardless of background. Our aim is to produce confident, independent learners who have a broad understanding of all the major areas of knowledge.
