Exeter School, incorporating The New School, is the leading co-educational day school in the Southwest, educating over 1,000 pupils aged 3-18. The School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic School Staff Instructor (SSI) to work alongside CCF colleagues with pupils. The SSI principal role is to coordinate military and adventure training and related activities and includes motivating cadets within the Exeter School CCF Contingent in order to enable cadets to achieve the stated aims of the Combined Cadet Force.


Applicants will be able to demonstrate experience of working collaboratively and proactively in a team and with multiple team members to deliver to multiple objectives and high service standards. They will have Excellent IT skills including proficiency in MS office and web-based programmes. Previous military experience (Regular, Reservist/Cadet forces) is highly desirable. Specific qualifications, experience and/or training should be made clear on your application, and all will be advantageous in the application process.  


This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) position. The role will attract a salary of £32,408, reviewed annually each September.
