Lead Practitioner - Science

We require forward thinking outstanding and skilled science practitioners, who share a common passion about teaching and learning to support and develop pedagogy practice within science and across the school. Lead practitioners will work directly to the Head of Science and Deputy Head responsible for Teaching and learning.

Successful applicants need to:

a)   demonstrate an excellent teaching record and provide evidence of impact;

b)   be a highly motivated with a successful track record of working with a wide range of staff, children and families;

c)   have vision, creativity, drive and enthusiasm to develop teaching and learning at our school;

d)   be able to communicate effectively and have a repertoire of inter-personal skills which motivate, lead, support and challenge other colleagues; and

e)   be committed to the safeguarding of children.
