We pride ourselves on engaging pupils, making learning exciting and rewarding, and on our tenacity. We are gaining a reputation for excellence in education and have become a first choice school for parents in the local area. We want all of our students to achieve their potential and we make sure that there are no limitations or barriers to reaching the highest possible standards of academic, social and personal development.

We have a hugely talented and committed staff team to make sure that our curriculum, guidance, care and support meets the different needs of every young person, and we pride ourselves on having high expectations. Our students are well organised, supportive of each other and personally ambitious.

We wish to appoint an outstanding SEND Support Practitioner who can maximise SEND pupil engagement through effective mentoring and guidance.

We are seeking to recruit a SEND Support Practitioner to join our Small Learning Community where you will manage an SEND resource base providing support for students who find engaging with their main stream lessons a challenge as result of their needs.

We will be looking for commitment to improving life chances for young people, as well as commitment to your own professional development. Our school is a lively and exciting place to work. We truly live by our motto of Inspire, Transform, Succeed.

You will be well supported by the SEND and Learner Services Teams who are focused on pupil well-being, teaching and learning, and by a comprehensive programme of induction and training to ensure your individual needs are met.

We are totally dedicated to providing the very best opportunities for our students to ensure that we inspire confidence, transform learning and succeed to compete with the best.
