Our aim for every learner at Thomas Bennett Community College is that they grow in confidence, resilience and aspire to be the best that they can be. 

We are seeking to appoint a creative, strategic and inspirational SENDCO/Inclusion Leader who will lead and develop effective practice for students so that specific needs are addressed and students experience success and achieve academic and personal goals. This post provides a hugely exciting opportunity to lead the next important stage of development in SEND provision and to contribute to the leadership of Thomas Bennett Community College.

The successful candidate will be:
