The trustees seek to appoint an outstanding qualified, innovative and committed SENDCo who will support the values, aims and ethos of the College and work with us to help shape and realise our whole College and SEND vision. You will be able to enthuse, motivate as well as provide each student with opportunities that will enable them to work towards their own aspirations both in college as well as in the future.

We are looking for an experienced SENDCo who can bring new ideas and strategies to the College that will be able to support each and every SEND student. We also look for this new SENDCo to lead on new initiatives as well as the ability to generate a range of tailored support sessions for both identified and new means of identification.

We will be looking for the new SENDCo position to provide and commit to the running of, as well as, where appropriate, the supporting of, extra-curricular college activities to ensure that all SEND student can access all college opportunities.

As SENDCo, you will be joining a team of exceptional teachers who are passionate about the role their subject plays in the development of young people. Middle leaders at our college are given the freedom to develop in accordance with their own vision, as well as the core values held by stakeholders across the College and wider community. You will also have proven leadership skills, and be able to effectively lead a committed team of Teaching Assistants effectively and efficiently.
